Little duck guest house on Callicoon Creek

In the foot of the Catskills, 2 hours from the George Washington Bridge and 7 miles from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, our guest houses are located in the center of the Village of Jeffersonville NY.

Walk to shops and restaurants. The guest houses are nicely furnished with kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen supplies), air conditioning, TV and WiFi (high speed wireless internet available in the café “Samba”). Mini gym, games, newspapers, magazines, coffee and tea. VCR-DVD player also available upon request.

We offer two small guest houses with private entrances:

Deck House with a small private deck, kitchenette, sitting area, one full size bed and a single bed with trundle. Available year-round.

Creek House with a view of the creek, kitchenette, sitting area, one queen size bed and a single bed with trundle. Not available in the winter months.

All rooms are non-smoking.

Kids and pets welcome!

$95.00 per night plus tax. Weekly rates available upon request.

$10.00 fee may apply to pets or more than two adults per room.

Reserve both guest rooms and receive 10% off.

Weekends require two nights minimum stay (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday).

All reservations require a credit card.
We accept Visa and Master Card.

Please be aware that we allow pets and we follow all guidelines from the Department of Health to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. If you are extremely allergic to pets or chemicals we may not be able to accommodate your needs.

Sorry, we do not provide maid services.
